We start the show talking about Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Word has traveled around the gaming universe that the team behind this game has been split up and put on other projects. Why didn't this game sell more copies? Is it really the fault of the developers? Or bad publishing decisions by executives at Ubisoft that cause their games to miss the mark time and time again? We discuss this and much more in gaming news on a Halloween week edition of the longest running video game podcast, Orange Lounge Radio!

Xbox had a mini showcase of sorts this week, showing of a spin-off game in the Yakuza Series, DLC for Alan Wake 2, and much more. However it's some recent comments from former gaming executive Shawn Layden that have us discussing in the news tonight which comments on things going wrong in the game industry. It might be surprising to hear that we agree with a gaming executive, but points were made. We discuss all this and much more on another week of the longest running video game podcast, Orange Lounge Radio!

Nintendo finally announces new hardware! However it's not what you might have been hoping for, unless you wanted a new device to watch you sleep. That's right, the Alarmo was announced by Nintendo, and although not a video game itself, it certainly has an effect on video game culture with all of the Nintendo nostalgia this alarm clock packs. It's an interesting way to ensure hardware sales for the holiday, and we talk about this and much more news, including a gigantic hack and subsequent leak of a major Nintendo partner. All this and more round out another week of the longest running video game podcast, Orange Lounge Radio!

A study has confirmed what we thought was pretty obvious - More players prefer single player games over multiplayer games. Is part of the industry problem that more money seems to be chased in multiplayer games? We discuss this, as well as times when we enjoy multiplayer as much as single player (it happens), as well as when we don't. This headline and much more make up another week of the longest running video game podcast, Orange Lounge Radio!
